Vic found yoga late in life. This granted him a great awakening of where a practice of the union of mind, body and breath can lead someone.
His teacher, Jyoti Chittur introduced Vic to yoga in the Krishnamacharya-Desikachar tradition nearly six years ago. Vic completed his 200 hours teacher training at The Yoga School NY run by Guta Hegewig also of the same lineage. Vic continues to study as well as practice yoga.
Vic’s goal is to help all who come to experience the effect of a yoga practice that incorporates breath awareness, sound/chanting, asanas and visualization. He believes that integrating all these approaches, helps to bring our whole being into a closer state of balance.
